Kidney Cancer's returned but now it's in my bones

Hello, and blessings to all. It's been quite a few years, my life went through a lot of changes. I had renal cancer in February of 2012, I had a partial nephrectomy and was told the cancer would not come back and that I did not need chemotherapy or radiation. Well as of a month ago, the cancer is back and it is renal cancer in my bones, same side as the partial kidney I had removed. I have a tumor the size of a baseball in my right leg, it is at the side of my knee and above and has eaten 1/3 of my bone. I am bedridden as of one month ago due to the fact the bone can shatter and that would not be good. I will find out on Tuesday when I see my Oncologist if the cancer has spread anywhere else. They did a complete bone scan and a full torso CT scan to check for more. It's due to the kidney cancer the Dr. told me and it has spread over the years. I am posting this so anyone who has had kidney cancer is well aware of the possibility this could happen.  I feel bone scans and CT scans should be part of the protocol and should be  done yearly!!! If the cancer is no where else, I will be having surgery on Friday and they will be removing 5 inches above and 5 inches below the knee and my knee about a foot section and will be replacing it with metal plates and a knee replacement if that's as far as they need to go to remove it all. This all could have been prevented as I have 8 different doctors and have complained of pain and swelling in my knee for years now and no one did an x-ray or anything till a month ago, they could have caught it sooner if they had done the other tests yearly.  They thought the pain was from the osteoarthritis's and EDS and told me to take Motrin, they don't really do a through check once they diagnose you. I am not trying to scare anyone, just preventing another sweet soul to go through the deep waters I have to tread through, I am not alone as my God is always with me and my fiancé who has been my blessing though all this and we will defeat this cancer once and for all!!!


This is a picture of  Sandusky bay. I am blessed to have a beautiful home on the water and a boat to relax and enjoy the summer breeze with my fiancé Larry, he takes great care of me. It's been a while now that I cant walk,  but I can sit on the porch and watch the train on the other side of the bay, God is good!!!

Hello and Happy Monday!!! I am loving this fall weather we are having in July it is my favorite weather :-) We had a bit of a storm last night but no damage done here Thank God. I am so Thankful and Grateful that everyone made it through them with minor damage and no lives lost.

Today is a new day :-) Time to put Sunday behind you and look forward to the wonderful things God has in store for you today, because if you look behind you all the time, you will never grow or move, you will be stuck in the mess called the past and it will keep you from becoming the best you that you can be and will stop the joy from coming in to your life that is waiting to be set free.

Hello and Happy Monday everyone :-) Today is a very busy day but fun, I love working as it can be a great way to get your energy flowing.....I think if I was home all day I would get bored, I am one of those people who can't sit still I always find something to do because if I sit I will get stuck there all day LOL.

Today think positive thoughts always look at the bright side, each side has a positive and a negative a dark and a light and we get to choose what we want. As for me I believe we get what we speak or think so I am staying positive even when there is so much negativity going and proclaiming that "Today is a wonderful day and great things are going to happen" ............ Hello, and welcome to my blog of gratitude and joy. I have not posted since April 2012 and I hope to stay on top of things now.....My sister Terri started this blog for me and I just didn't seem to have the time to spend an hour or so on it so I am going to try again and see where it goes....




Today is a beautiful day because its a beautiful gift and I choose not to waste a single minute if it! I wish my sister was here as I miss her so much there is not a day a hour or a minute that goes by that I don't want to pick up the phone and talk to her again and hear her voice, but that is not possible and I must ignore the ache in my heart and think positive thoughts and stay strong.....


May today be exactly as you wished it to be and spoke it to be, our life is the words we speak and the thoughts we have so have the happy thoughts and speak the positive words.......Blessings and Love to all.......

I just love the beauty of a sunrise coming up over the water, how it glistens as the light beams hit the water. It reminds me how beautiful each new day is and how grateful I am to have another day to enjoy life and all it has to offer. Today was a very tough day!!! I am trying to stay positive when so much negative is happening. I need to refocus on the positive I know all things happen for a reason. I am completely in control and God and the universe will straighten out this mess I am in. The New Year is only a few days away, its time to make some positive affirmations and some positive changes for the New Year! I am learning to listen to my inner self and only want the very best for myself. I am proclaiming peace and joy and health and prosperity!

Today I am happy & healthy and I live a life filled with love, wisdom and prosperity that is full of all the good things God has promised for me! I learn to accept freely from my creator and the universe.

Today is a wonderful day! Just looking at this picture incorporates a calmness and a feeling of joy. I am thankful for another day to have a positive effect on myself and others, to work, and to love all things good. I Thank my Lord and Saviour for helping me to see myself as he see's me, whole and complete without illness or pain wanting for nothing. Today my positive affirmations are: I am totally Healthy. I am Loosing Weight at a healthy rate and I will not gain it back, I love my body. I am filled with Love and Compassion. I am happy and filled with Joy!  I choose to let the negative thoughts exit my mind and I replace them with good positive happy thoughts and words. Do things that make you feel good, eat things that make your body feel good, and be kind to your self, love yourself as God loves you!

I love this picture of the bird, he brings a smile to my face as he is just basking in  the sun taking in all its goodness! I am learning that I need to be more like the bird, I need to slow down and let the energy flow through my body as the healing light renews and strengthens me. We block the energy flow with all the negativity we tell our selves and stop our own healing process. We need to reinforce positive words and thoughts to keep our bodies and our minds renewed. Try this relaxing excercise:  As you are sitting down in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly, then picture a bright white light at the center (core, it is below your belly button) of your being. Now picture it moving down your right leg  down to your foot crossing over to your left foot then back up your leg to your core again moving slowly, emptying your mind of all negativity and worries as you relax and pay attention to your breathing, do this a couple of times slowly.  I know I feel better after doing this excercise and I repeat my saying: "All is healed within me, I am made whole by the blood of Jesus." I hope this helps anyone who may be reading this as I have been helped by this also. It has been a struggle to maintain positivity daily but I am working twards my total healing with Gods help and a positive attitude daily I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! In these days and times we are living in struggling to make it day to day, I have found that we don't put our problems in God's hands and leave them there. It's such a hard thing to do! God  says in his word "Don't worry about missing out, you will find your everyday needs will be met," give him your entire attention and don't worry about what may happen tommorow. God will help you deal with what ever hardships are happening in your life when the time comes he will never let you down. Put your faith in God and see what happen's, he says we only need the faith of a mustard seed, so what have you got to loose?

See Yourself As God See's You

Just look at how beautiful the water looks amist the mountains and trees in all it glory. Do you see the images in the water and how beautiful the reflecion looks? It look's just as beautiful, there is no difference. That is how God see's us, just as beautiful on the inside as we are on the outside, he made us that way perfect because God makes no mistakes. We need to see the goddess within each and everyone of us which he has created. We need to be more positive about ourselves, and love ourselves as the beautiful goddess that God created. Hello everyone, what a beautiful day we have today, the sun is out and the sky is blue, and the temp out side is great about 72 degrees. I wanted to share this picture from the internet. I just love the beauty of nature. I love the vivid color on the wings and the markings, I often look at things in awe and wonder how God thought of it all before he created it. The color orange stands for energy, and I was very attracted to this butterfly because of it color, I must need more energy today LOL. Of course who doesn't need it these days, we are always on the run and don't have enough time to take a moment and relax with nature or just enjoy a quiet moment. My relaxation today after work will be to go out to the pond and listen and watch the wild life enjoy it's day (hopefully the mosquitoes stay away lol). I love watching the birds as they swoop down on the pond and just barely get there feet wet, and of course the ducks, we have a male and female who are always there swimming or hiding in the tall marsh and they put on a show for us. For me this brings me inner peace and tranquility as I just sit in awe of all that my Lord and Saviour has created. Have a great day everyone and remember to stay positive speak positive affirmations and you will see a difference in your life, you will feel happier, and realize how truly blessed you are. What beauty there is in this world! The sun with all it shimmering glory shinning down on all of us as if to say good morning how are you today.The trees with there newley openend leafs that represents new life and the hope of a new beginning. The grass with its morning dew glistening that makes each blade come alive so vibrantly. The beautiful light blue sky, that just makes you relax and then take a deep breath in to smell the sweet scents of spring flowers and freshly mowed grass. What a beautiful day it is today, the sun is shining and the trees and flowers are blooming, thank you Jesus for such a wonderful day!!! Life is such a beautiful gift we forget how much was sacrificed so that we may live this life that we choose to live. Life is all about choices, we are the one's who make the choices on how we want to live no one else makes them for us. For my life I have chosen to love everyone as God has loved me. God loves us unconditionally, he always looks for the best in us, so I look for the best in others. I am thinking more positive and loving thoughts and saying more positve and loving words and it makes you feel so much better, and the people around you feel so much better.
